I have just completed my Oral restoration at Dental Solutions and feel compelled to share a short review of the experience and those involved. Painful dental visits in my youth was a cause for a severe apprehension of seeing a dentist. Committing to regular scheduled dental care didn't happen. The cost of dental care for three kids, two of which needed braces also made my dental care sacrificial. Fast forward seventy years later and I walked into Dental Solutions with three teeth, wearing dentures, and a desire to get implants. Opening the front door, the smiles on the faces and the greetings from the ladies at the reception desk made you feel welcomed. I quote a couple lines from a theme song for a TV show titled Cheers, " Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name and they are always glad you came." I next heard my name being called, it was my patient advocate, her name is Samantha. She was my resource to answer any questions and explain a treatment plan specific to my needs. From the moment I walked through the doors at Dental Solutions of Binghamton, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Brandon was great throughout my entire appointment and treated me with kindness and respect. Dr. Sambursky was just as welcoming and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. Everyone made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and comfortable. This was by far the best dental appointment I have ever had. A special thank you to Josh for going above and beyond and helping me with my dead car battery after my appointment. That was really appreciated and just another example of how much this team cares about the people who walk through their doors. Thank you for everything!

I adore this place! The dental hygienists are amazing as are the front desk staff. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I was informed of what was happening every step of the way and was instantly put at ease by the excellent 'chairside' manner of Heather. She spoke with me, took time to get to know me, and took my concerns seriously. I appreciate everything she did for me as well as the rest of the staff and their accommodating and flexible nature. 5 stars all around! In my opinion, they all deserve cupcakes!

Had my cleaning here today and I couldn't be more pleased! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. My hygienist Heather was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything. My teeth feel amazing! Dr. Beckles also took great care during my exam. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I understood everything every step of the way. The office is clean, modern, and runs on time, which I always appreciate. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental office that actually makes you feel at ease. Will definitely be back!

I visited Dr. Sambursky's office as a new patient today and was so impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. Tricia, Dr. Sambursky's assistant, was wonderful. She spent a great deal of time with me, asked thorough questions, and made sure every detail of my history and concerns were captured before I even saw the doctor. That level of care and attention right from the start really set the tone. Dr. Sambursky was equally attentive and I left feeling completely confident in my care. It's not easy finding a new practice you trust right away, but this one earned it on the first visit. Highly recommend!

My brother's teeth were in terrible shape. He has been losing them since he was in his 20s. I saw a commercial one day with Dr. Sambursky explaining the Hybridge procedure. It was exactly what my brother needed. Two weeks later we were in his office going over all of the details and decided this was best for him. A decision that we don't regret. We met with Jen and she explained everything in detail what to expect. We met Dr. Luke that day and felt completely comfortable with moving forward. The office was in constant communication about the process and there were no surprises. My brother's nurse was Sheri and her kindness and compassion was extraordinary. He got his permanent Hybridge last Monday; a week early due to Sheri being thoughtful. It has been life changing for him. The ENTIRE staff that was available, took part in my brother's reveal. We felt like we were treated the way that they would treat their families. In a world that seems to lack compassion in many ways, this office does not lack any compassion. Dental Solutions is now our family dentist office!! My brother smiles in pictures for the first time in 30 years!! Thank you!!

When I decided that I needed to explore the possibility of replacing my broken and damaged teeth with dental implants due to extended steroid treatments that were necessary to treat a chronic medical condition, I contacted Dental Solutions of Binghamton. I was amazed by the level of professionalism that I experienced.from the doctors and the rest of the team during every stage of the process. The end result is far beyond what I thought would be possible. I feel like I have an improved quality of life now that I can smile instead of hiding my teeth, thanks to Dr. Sambursky and his colleagues.
